Due to the nature of research compounds, We only accept returns for products related to broken, degraded, or tampered vials within arrival. All other sales are final. To request a return, contact support with your order number and photos or other evidence of the listed problem.
If you receive a damaged item, take photos within 48 hours of delivery and send them to support. Once verified, we ship a free replacement. Do not discard the damaged product until instructed.
Each return request is reviewed within 3–5 business days. Including photos and other evidence of the problem increases the chance that your return request is approved. Once your request is approved, we refund your purchase through the original payment method.
