Yes. We offer Priority (2–3 days) and Express (overnight) shipping options at checkout. All expedited orders placed before 12pm CST ship the same day.

All peptides ship in insulated packaging with cold packs to maintain product integrity. Vials are individually sealed and cushioned. Tracking is included with every shipment.

If tracking shows no update for 7+ days, contact our support team. We will initiate a carrier investigation and ship a free replacement once the package is confirmed lost.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with carrier details. SMS tracking notifications are also available if enabled at checkout.

Every batch is sent to an independent, accredited laboratory for HPLC analysis. This confirms compound identity and purity. We never rely on in-house testing alone — independence ensures objectivity.
A COA is a document from an independent lab that verifies the identity, purity, and composition of a specific batch. Every LI Labs vial includes a QR code linking directly to its batch-specific COA.
Our compounds consistently test at ≥99% purity via HPLC. Each COA includes the exact purity percentage, retention time, and chromatogram for full transparency.
Yes. Select products undergo endotoxin (LAL) testing and residual solvent analysis via gas chromatography. Results are included in the COA when applicable.
Yes. Include the lot number in your order notes or contact support before ordering. We fulfill lot-specific requests based on availability.

Store lyophilized peptides at -20°C for maximum stability. Unopened vials can be stored for up to 24 months. Keep away from direct light and moisture. Do not open the vial until ready to reconstitute.
Use bacteriostatic water (BAC water). Slowly inject the solvent down the side of the vial — do not spray directly onto the powder. Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake or vortex.
Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C (refrigerator) and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Aliquot into single-use portions for longer storage.
Bacteriostatic water is most common and recommended. For certain peptides, sterile saline (0.9% NaCl) or dilute acetic acid may be appropriate. Check the product page for solvent compatibility.
Yes. Each product page includes detailed reconstitution guidelines including recommended solvent volumes, storage conditions, and handling best practices.
We offer a full refund on unopened, sealed products returned within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged item, take photos within 48 hours of delivery and send them to support. Once verified, we ship a free replacement. Do not discard the damaged product until instructed.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We ship the correct product within 24 hours at no charge and provide a prepaid return label.
