Research Panels are sold only to approved and registered LiLabs researcher accounts. All accounts must be held by persons aged twenty-one (21) or older who have agreed that every product is intended for in vitro laboratory research use only and is STRICTLY NOT for human or animal consumption.
A LiLabs Research Panel is an assortment of any three (3) vials chosen by the customer. The vials may be all the same, all different, or mixed. With one complimentary “LiQuid” (0.9 benzyl alcohol) with every made and purchased panel. The customer may build more than one panel, and may build as many panels at once as they wish. Each panel is individually priced based on its assortment of products and, if subscribed, billed separately.
Each vial in a 3-Pack Research Panel is priced twenty-five percent (25%) below its current single-vial price on the LiLabs shop page. Its price within the panel is displayed as its main price on the panel page.
Each discounted vial price is rounded up to the next .99. As a result, the final discount may be slightly more or less than twenty-five percent (25%).
If the panel total does not end in .98 or .99, the total is rounded down to the previous .99.
A panel containing one (1) or two (2) vials is charged at the 1–2 vial discount rate shown in the Purchase Terms (1 vial: full price; 2 vials: 10% off).
3-Pack Research Panels already include a twenty-five percent (25%) discount. Additional coupon codes cannot be applied.
3-Pack Research Panels cannot be combined with the shop's standard Subscribe & Save program or the bulk tier pricing system.
Membership points are earned on the dollar amount paid per product.
Free 2–5 day shipping is included.
Orders may be cancelled for a refund until they have shipped. Shipping fees may still be charged.
LiLabs Research Panels ship every one (1), two (2), three (3), or four (4) months, based on the customer's selection, with free 2–5 day shipping included. By agreeing to these terms, the customer authorizes LiLabs LLC to charge the customer's saved payment method on each renewal date, plus any applicable tax, until the subscription ends. The renewal price and next ship date are shown at checkout. The customer must agree to these terms before placing a subscription order.
If the customer requests cancellation before the second shipment, the second shipment will still be processed, and the subscription will be cancelled after it is processed. After the second shipment, the customer may cancel the subscription at any time from My Account → Subscriptions, or by emailing purchases@lilabs.store. Every cancellation is confirmed by email.
Vials may be swapped up to forty-eight (48) hours before the renewal date. A renewal reminder is sent to the email address on the account one (1) day before each renewal charge.
Customers will receive at least seven (7) days' notice before any price change is applied to their subscription.
Damaged, defective, or abnormal-looking vials must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Wrong items must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
To report an issue with an order, contact ordersupport@lilabs.store with the order number and photos, if possible. Photos of the lot number and packaging are also helpful.
LiLabs will always replace or refund damaged, defective, and abnormal-looking vials. Refunds and store credit will always equal the purchase price at the time of purchase.
LiLabs will replace or refund any package that the carrier shows as lost or not delivered, provided it is reported within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date.
LiLabs is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after the carrier has marked it as delivered.
LiLabs complies with the tax regulations and laws of the State of Texas. All taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
LiLabs may cancel and refund any order placed at an obvious internal pricing error.
Prices and discounts may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed, including orders placed earlier on the same day.
For disputes and serious issues, the customer should first contact lilabschem@gmail.com. LiLabs will attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
If support is unable to resolve the issue, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts of the United States.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
