Bulk Order Pricing Terms and Conditions

Bulk orders are sold only to approved and registered LiLabs researcher accounts. All accounts must be held by persons aged twenty-one (21) or older who have agreed that every product is intended for in vitro laboratory research use only and is STRICTLY NOT for human or animal consumption.
A LiLabs order is considered a bulk order when the single order contains ten (10) or more vials. The customer may combine any products, in any quantities, up to the stock currently available, to reach a set pricing tier. The tier is set by the total number of combined vials in the bulk order. Bulk order discounts apply ONLY to orders placed through the bulk order page.
The discount applied to each vial is set by the total number of vials in the single order:

Each vial is discounted from its current price on the LiLabs shop page. Vials in the same order may therefore vary in price, whether they were added through the bulk order page, the Research Panel page, or the shop page.
Each discounted vial price is rounded up to the next .99. As a result, final discounts may be slightly more or less than the stated tier rate.
If the order total does not end in .98 or .99, the total is rounded down to the previous .99.
Prices are displayed for each product at its current tier on the bulk order page. The final price updates as vials are added or removed.
Logged-in holders of higher membership accounts (Gold, Diamond, and Ruby) receive an additional two to five percent (2–5%) off on top of the bulk order price.
Membership points are earned on the dollar amount paid per product.
Orders of three (3) to four (4) vials already include a twenty-five percent (25%) discount. Higher discounts are available on higher-volume orders. Creator codes may be applied to these orders, but no additional discount will be given.
Orders of two (2) or fewer vials may be purchased with coupon codes. The combined discount from all codes may not exceed twenty-five percent (25%).
Bulk tier pricing cannot be combined with the shop's standard Subscribe & Save program or with 3-Pack Research Panel pricing.
Bulk tier pricing applies only to one-time orders. Subscriptions use their own rates and cannot be combined with bulk tiers.
Separate orders cannot be combined, and a single order cannot be split. To reach a tier, one purchase must be made that meets the qualifying requirements.
Orders may be cancelled for a refund until they have shipped. Shipping fees may still be charged.
Orders of three (3) or more vials include free 2–5 day shipping. Orders of two (2) or fewer vials ship at the rate shown at checkout.
LiLabs may limit quantities per product or per account. LiLabs may also cancel any order that appears to be intended for resale.
Damaged, defective, or abnormal-looking vials must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Wrong items must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
To report an issue with an order, contact ordersupport@lilabs.store with the order number and photos, if possible. Photos of the lot number and packaging are also helpful.
LiLabs will always replace or refund damaged, defective, and abnormal-looking vials. Refunds and store credit will always equal the purchase price at the time of purchase.
LiLabs will replace or refund any package that the carrier shows as lost or not delivered, provided it is reported within fourteen (14) days of the expected delivery date.
LiLabs is not responsible for any package lost or stolen after the carrier has marked it as delivered.
LiLabs complies with the tax regulations and laws of the State of Texas. All taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
LiLabs may cancel and refund any order placed at an obvious internal pricing error.
Prices, tiers, and discounts may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed, including orders placed earlier on the same day.
For disputes and serious issues, the customer should first contact lilabschem@gmail.com. LiLabs will attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.
If support is unable to resolve the issue, disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts of the United States.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
